Return Policy

At UofGear, we try to make it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange your merchandise. We accept all returns for up to 30 days after the item has shipped. All merchandise must be in brand new condition, with the original packaging and item tags.

When returning merchandise, please send the item to us at the address below with a copy of the original packing slip, along with a short note explaining why you are returning the merchandise.

A refund will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise, and will usually take 2 to 3 business days to process. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged, unless the damage occured during shipping or due to a manufacturer defect. Please do not smoke around items that you wish to return.
